High Mast Poles Technical Data

With the launch of Enti new generation high mast poles, a contemporary design, which targets an increase in efficiency, is targeted. Ranging from 2 to 18 projectors, the system operates with 3 ropes or single rope and offers a high quality lighting experience.

For the ENTI high mast poles there are basically two types, 3-rope type and rail type. 3-rope type high mast pole system is generally used for circular lighting / projector orientation. rail type high mast pole is generally for one side lighting / projector orientation.
– The height of the high mast pole is 12 – 50 mt.
– It is produced as slip-joint polygonal or flange connection.
– There is base plate for flange foundation fixing.
– There is highmast lighting control / command board.
– 1–way, 2–ways, 3–ways, 4–ways lighting.
– The poles are protected by hot–dip galvanization against corrosion. (red- white painting over galvanization is optional.)
– Static modelling and analysis conform to international standards by qualified staff. Used standard are EIA/TIA-222F (TIA-222F) and ANSI/TIA-222-G (TIA222 G).
– Special projects for standard wind speeds of 130 km/hour – 160 km/hour and various wind speeds (90 km/hour, 160 km/hour).

Winch System

High mast lighting poles top system components are lift system rope pulleys, cable pulleys and top locking system.
Lift: The platform where projectors are located can move on the pole. The projectors can go down to the bottom level of the pole for maintenance.
Latch System: The platform to which projectors are connected is locked automatically on top of the pole. With the help of the locking mechanism, the load on the ropes goes out.
Solar warning light: It is the light which is located on top of the pole and when it becomes dark, it flashes.
Lightning arrester: It is the stick on top of the pole in order to catch the lightning.
Solar warning light is optional.
